I’m Karen Hewitt, a Harvard-certified disruptive strategist, network marketing leader, and social media growth expert who’s spent years decoding why some brands dominate the conversation while others fade into the scroll.

I created the Disruption Archetype Assessment because I kept seeing the same problem:

I’m not your typical strategist.


I’m a queer, neurodivergent mom of five, a survivor, and someone who built an entire business empire from a kitchen table covered in coffee cups, homework, and big dreams.


I know what it’s like to juggle real life and still show up online, and I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the noise of “do it like everyone else.”
